1 Mirror: 3 Reflections

❣️The girl on the left was depressed and anxious, but didn’t even know it. Speeding through life, keeping her schedule so busy she didn’t give herself a second to breathe or reflect on any of her emotions.

She was remodeling her home gym, expecting a new space to give her that spark she thought she needed to start working out and to keep working out.

Spoiler Alert 🚨: it didn’t work.

❣️The girl in the middle was on Day 3 of her new 100 day workout program. She signed up for a virtual Bootcamp, with a mentor and a community that welcomed her, cheered her on and helped her stay accountable.

For the first time ever, it clicked! She was staying consistent with working out, learning to take care of herself and how to say ‘no’ to things that didn’t serve her.

Spoiler Alert 🚨: it worked!

❣️ The girl on the right is on year 3 of being consistent with working out, lifestyle nutrition and self care.

She has let go of perfectionism, striving for daily progress by taking small action steps and *really* slowing down. Not just saying it.

She stands up for herself, her beliefs and goes after the dreams that live in her heart.

Spoiler Alert 🚨: it’s still working! And better than she ever imagined! 🙌🏻❤️
